Listing and Selling.
Call (616-877-4800) or stop in and talk to our listing agent about the items you would like to have put up for auction.
Our agent will find out what you have and arrange an auction date for you. Once a date has been agreed upon bring in your items to our warehouse, during our regular business hours 7 to 10 days before the auction date. At this time you will sign an auction sales agreement specifying the terms and conditions of the sale and also the listing form with the title and descriptions of the items you are bringing in.
Once the items are here we will post the items to the web site, advertise the upcoming auction, run the auction, and when complete provide you with an itemized statement of the items sold, prices, fees, and a net total due you along with a check for the items sold.
